RETURNS POLICY

DEVOLUCIONES, REEMBOLSOS Y CAMBIOS

Nuestros clientes son nuestra prioridad. Si no estás satisfecha con tus productos, tienes 5 días desde la fecha de entregapara devolver tu pedido y solicitar un reembolso, cambio o crédito en tienda, válido por 12 meses.

Para que el proceso de reembolso, cambio o crédito en tienda sea aprobado, todos los productos deben ser devueltos sin uso, en perfectas condiciones, con todas las etiquetas adheridas y dentro del plazo establecido por la marca. Cualquier producto que no cumpla con estas condiciones será devuelto al cliente.

Ten en cuenta que las compras realizadas en SALE son finales y no aplican para reembolsos, cambios ni créditos en tienda.

No aceptamos devoluciones ni reclamos de prendas adquiridas en otros puntos de venta o minoristas.

Por favor, ten presente que las devoluciones internacionales están sujetas a costos de envío de retorno, y los impuestos y aranceles no son reembolsables.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES 

Our costumers are our priority. If you are not satisfied with your items, you have 5 days from the delivery date to return your order and request a refund, exchange, or store credit, valid for 12 months.

In order for the refund, exchange or store credit to proceed, all products must be returned in unused and excellent conditions, with all labels attached, and within the return window given by the brand. Any product that does not meet these conditions, will be returned to you. 

Please be aware that items purchased on Sale are final and not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit. 

We do not accept returns or claims for pieces bought from other retailers.

Please note that international returns are subject to return shipping fees, and duties and taxes are non-refundable.
