El acceso y uso del sitio web son gratuitos. Al navegar por el sitio, el usuario acepta plenamente todos los términos de uso.
Al acceder, navegar o utilizar este sitio web, reconoces que has leído, entendido y aceptas cumplir con todos los términos y condiciones establecidos. Si no estás de acuerdo con ellos, debes abstenerte de usar el sitio web y puedes comunicar tu inconformidad a Juliamar.

2. PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL
Todo el contenido de este sitio web —textos, fotografías, gráficos, imágenes, íconos, software, diseño gráfico, entre otros— constituye una obra cuya propiedad pertenece a Juliamar o a sus respectivos autores. Por lo tanto, los usuarios tienen prohibido reproducir, total o parcialmente, cualquier contenido sin autorización escrita del titular de los derechos.
En caso de que el contenido pertenezca a autores distintos de Juliamar, se obtendrá la autorización correspondiente conforme a las leyes de protección de derechos de autor.
3. GARANTÍAS
De acuerdo con la ley, Juliamar es responsable de la calidad, idoneidad, seguridad y buen estado de los productos.
La garantía de los productos es de 30 días a partir de la fecha de compra, y aplica únicamente por defectos de fabricación que no hayan sido detectados durante la inspección visual previa al envío. Para hacer uso de la garantía, el cliente deberá notificarlo dentro de los primeros 5 días después de recibir el producto.
Si se requiere un cambio de talla, se debe informar igualmente dentro de los primeros 5 días posteriores a la recepción.
En caso de un defecto de fabricación que no pueda repararse, el producto será reemplazado por un modelo idéntico. Si este ya no se encuentra disponible, podrá cambiarse por otro producto de igual o mayor valor, pagando la diferencia correspondiente.
Los productos adquiridos en descuento (SALE) no aplican para cambios ni devoluciones.
4. RESPONSABILIDAD Y EXCLUSIÓN DE GARANTÍAS
El contenido del sitio web es de carácter general y tiene fines exclusivamente informativos, sin garantizar acceso completo a todos los contenidos, ni su exactitud, actualidad, o adecuación a un propósito específico.
Juliamar no se hace responsable por daños derivados del uso de la información disponible en el sitio.
Debido a limitaciones técnicas actuales, Juliamar no puede garantizar la ausencia absoluta de interferencias por parte de terceros en los sitios publicados en internet. Por ello, no garantiza la exactitud ni la veracidad del contenido, ni que este no haya sido alterado o modificado posteriormente.
Juliamar excluye, en la medida permitida por la legislación colombiana, cualquier responsabilidad por daños resultantes de:

5. DURACIÓN Y TERMINACIÓN
El servicio ofrecido por el sitio web de Juliamar tiene una duración indefinida. Sin embargo, la marca podrá suspenderlo o darlo por terminado en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso.
6. PRECIOS DE LOS PRODUCTOS
Todos los precios indicados en el sitio web corresponden únicamente al producto y no incluyen IVA, impuestos aplicables ni costos de envío. Los precios pueden modificarse sin previo aviso. Juliamar se reserva el derecho de descontinuar o modificar cualquier producto sin previo aviso.
7. DISPONIBILIDAD DE PRODUCTOS
Juliamar actualiza constantemente el inventario disponible en función del stock real. La marca nunca ofrecerá intencionalmente más unidades de las que tiene disponibles.
En caso de que un producto se agote luego de realizada la compra, el cliente será notificado por correo electrónico sobre la cancelación parcial o total del pedido. Las cancelaciones parciales no dan derecho a cancelar el pedido completo. Si el cliente desea devolver el producto tras una cancelación parcial, deberá seguir el procedimiento de devolución.
8. PAGO DE LOS PRODUCTOS
El cliente se compromete a pagar el precio total del producto al momento de realizar el pedido. Además del precio del producto, se aplicarán costos de envío e impuestos, que serán informados antes de finalizar la compra.
El pago se realizará a través de las opciones habilitadas por PayU, bajo sus protocolos de seguridad. Para más información, consulta la Política de Privacidad de PayU.
Si el cliente detecta cargos fraudulentos en su tarjeta, deberá notificarlo de inmediato a Juliamar por correo electrónico o teléfono para tomar las medidas necesarias.
9. CONFIRMACIÓN DE PEDIDO
Una vez confirmado el pedido, Juliamar enviará al cliente un correo electrónico con los detalles de la compra.
10. CANCELACIÓN DE PEDIDO
Juliamar acepta cancelaciones de pedidos únicamente si se solicitan antes del envío. Para cancelar, el cliente debe escribir a info@juliamar.us.
11. TIEMPOS DE ENTREGA, ENVÍO Y PRODUCTOS PERDIDOS
I. Entrega de productos:
Juliamar se compromete a entregar los productos en perfectas condiciones a la dirección indicada por el cliente. Es responsabilidad del cliente proporcionar una dirección correcta.
II. Tiempo de entrega:
Los pedidos se entregan en un máximo de 8 días hábiles. En Colombia se realizan a través de Envía, Servientrega o Interrapidísimo, y los pedidos internacionales mediante DHL. Los tiempos pueden variar por razones logísticas o de fuerza mayor; en caso de retrasos, el cliente será notificado.
III. Entregas fallidas y productos extraviados:
Si el cliente no se encuentra en la dirección de entrega, la empresa de mensajería dejará un aviso para reprogramar la entrega. Si no se coordina una nueva entrega en 8 días hábiles, el pedido regresará a nuestro almacén y el cliente asumirá los costos de reenvío.
IV. Revisión al recibir el pedido:
El cliente debe revisar el paquete al recibirlo y reportar cualquier daño o anomalía a Juliamar dentro de las 24 horas siguientes. Pasado este tiempo, no se aceptarán reclamos salvo que correspondan a garantía.
12. DEVOLUCIONES
I. Procedimiento:
Los productos pueden devolverse o cambiarse siempre que el cliente lo comunique dentro de los 15 días hábiles posteriores a la compra y cumpla con los siguientes requisitos:
- El producto debe estar en las mismas condiciones en que fue entregado, con su empaque original y etiquetas.
- Debe devolverse en su empaque protector o en otro que asegure su correcta recepción.
- Se debe incluir una copia del comprobante de compra, indicando los artículos devueltos y el motivo.
Si la devolución se debe a un error o defecto atribuible a Juliamar, se emitirá un reembolso completo.

13. CAMBIOS
Los productos pueden cambiarse dentro de los 5 días hábiles posteriores a la compra, siempre que se cumplan las condiciones anteriores.
14. EXCLUSIÓN DE GARANTÍA
Juliamar no será responsable por reclamos de garantía si el defecto proviene de:
- Uso inadecuado del producto por parte del cliente.
- Incumplimiento de las instrucciones de cuidado.
15. LEY APLICABLE Y JURISDICCIÓN
Los servicios de este sitio web y los presentes términos se rigen por la legislación colombiana, incluyendo la Ley 1480 de 2011 (Estatuto del Consumidor). The product warranty is 30 days from the moment of purchase and is only applicable for manufacturing defects that, for various reasons, were not detected during our visual inspection at the time of shipment. For this purpose, you must notify us within the first 5 days after receiving the product.
If a size exchange is required, you must notify us within the first 5 days after receiving the product.
In the case of a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired, the product will be replaced with an identical model. If the model is no longer available, you can exchange it for another product of equal or greater value, paying the difference.
Discounted products are not eligible for exchange or return.

6. PRODUCT PRICES
All prices indicated for products on the website correspond to the product itself, and do not include VAT or any applicable taxes, nor shipping costs. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.
7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Juliamar informs customers that the available units are updated based on warehouse stock. The brand will never intentionally offer for sale more units than it has available.
Juliamar will make every effort to meet customer demand for products. If a product is unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be informed by email of the partial or full cancellation of the order. Partial order cancellations due to lack of availability do not entitle the customer to cancel the entire order. If the customer wishes to return the product after partial cancellation, they must follow the return process.
8. PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTS
The customer agrees to pay the full price of the product at the time of placing the order. In addition to the product price, shipping fees and taxes will apply, and these will be communicated to the customer before completing the purchase.

If the customer notices any fraudulent charges on their card, they must notify Juliamar as soon as possible via email or phone so that the necessary steps can be taken.
9. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once the order is confirmed, Juliamar will send the customer an email confirming the details of the purchase.
10. ORDER CANCELLATION
Juliamar accepts order cancellations when requested before shipment. To cancel, the customer must send an email to info@juliamar.us
11. DELIVERY TIME, LOCATION, AND LOST PRODUCTS
I. Product Delivery
Juliamar is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition to the address specified by the customer. To optimize delivery, the customer should provide an address where the order can be delivered. Juliamar is not responsible for delivery errors caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Orders are delivered within 8 business days.
II. Delivery Timeline
We use Envía, Servientrega, or Interrapidísimo for shipping in Colombia, and DHL for all our international orders. Orders will be delivered within a maximum of 8 business days after order confirmation. These delivery times are estimates and may vary for logistical or force majeure reasons. In case of delays, Juliamar will notify the customer.
Each delivery is considered complete once the courier company has made the product available to the customer.
III. Delivery Data, Unsuccessful Deliveries, and Lost Products
If the customer is not present at delivery, the courier will leave a notice on how to reschedule. If no new delivery is scheduled within 8 business days, the customer should contact Juliamar. After 5 more business days, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
IV. Delivery Diligence
The customer should inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage or anomalies to Juliamar via email within 24 hours. After this period, no incidents will be handled unless the issue falls under warranty.
12. RETURNS
I. Return Procedure
Products can be returned or exchanged as long as the customer communicates the intention to return the product within 15 business days from the date of purchase and meets other requirements.
Returns will only be accepted if:
- The product is in the same condition as when it was delivered, with original packaging and labels.
- The product is returned in the same protective packaging or in another protective box to ensure it reaches the warehouse in good condition.
- A copy of the receipt should be included, indicating the returned items and the reason for the return.
If the return is due to a fault on Juliamar's part (e.g., defective or incorrect products), a full refund will be issued.

13. EXCHANGES
Products can be exchanged within 5 business days from the date of purchase, as long as the customer meets the conditions mentioned above.
14. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY LIABILITY

- Failure to follow the product care instructions.
